About us...

The Lake Conroe South office serves the Lake Conroe and Southern Communities.  This area has experienced incredible growth and transformation over the last quarter-century. Some of the finest residential developments in the country have sprung up around the picturesque shores and marinas surrounding the lake.   Brenda Schafer manages our Lake Conroe offices.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Jessica Sommers has experienced the process of relocating many times throughout her life, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges, emotions, and opportunities that come with a move. Those experiences have fueled her passion for helping others through one of life's biggest milestones, and she is proud to call the Lake Conroe area home.

For more than seven years, Jessica has worked as a real estate transaction coordinator for a Florida-based brokerage, gaining extensive experience managing every detail of the transaction from contract to closing. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to exceptional service have helped buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and peace of mind.

Today, Jessica combines her behind-the-scenes expertise with a genuine passion for helping people. She believes every client deserves honest communication, thoughtful guidance, and an advocate who is committed to protecting their best interests from the first conversation through closing day.
